By year 2007, Matrix Logistics has invested on own land in region Orhanli/Istanbul, the area has been pointed as Logistic Center of Istanbul by Turkish Government.

The land has a perfect location; short distance to Pendik and Derince ports; very easily reachable by highway connection; only 20 km to Gebze Automotive customs.

By beginning of January 2009, the land at Orhanli as 9200 sqm has been operated as Bounded/Customs Warehouse for storaging and importing all types of new vehicles. The storaging area is very modern constructed and well secured by fulfiling all customs requirements;

By mid of year 2008, Matrix has invested in 26.000 sqm land in Arslanbey/Izmit region, for storaging imported vehicles as non-customs free parking area.
