ISMS and QMS Policy

Matriks Lojistik Dış Tic. A.Ş. prioritizes information security and quality management, adopts the ISO 27001:2023 and ISO 9001:2015 standards, and commits to the following:

• Our Information Security Management System and Quality Management System will be documented, certified, and continuously improved in full compliance with the requirements of ISO 27001:2022 and ISO 9001:2015 standards.
• Training programs will be organized to increase employees’ awareness of information security, and continuous education on best practices in information security will be provided.
• Within the framework of the strategic business plan and risk management, the Information Security Management System will be established and its continuity will be ensured. Relevant risks will be identified, analyzed, evaluated, and controlled.
• All information security policies and procedures will be created and updated to ensure full compliance with applicable legal regulations and contractual obligations.
• Risks related to information assets will be managed and protected through a systematic approach.
• Within the scope of the Information Security Management System, the confidentiality and integrity of customer and student information assets will be ensured, and relevant security controls will be effectively implemented.
• Considering the effects of climate change on information security, business continuity, and operational processes, environmental risks are integrated into ISMS and QMS risk management processes, and necessary measures are taken.
• Matriks Lojistik Dış Tic. A.Ş. is committed to working diligently to become a model organization in information security within its sector, and to complying with best practices and security standards in line with the principle of continuous improvement.

This policy was approved in 2025 and is implemented by all employees and top management. In case of non-compliance with this policy, necessary sanctions will be applied.
